Our Care-Membership Agreement is a Private Membership Association that allows for animals obtain the care that is needed within a private member to member relationship. 

Under the First and Fourteenth Amendment and equivalent State Constitution provisions, private membership association such as independent alternative medical practitioners can offer members (patients) benefits and services without the limitations of State and Federal agencies. 

As a Care-Member you receive all the same benefits a public client without the need for a referral. The stipulations are clearly outlined in our membership agreement. It is important to note that under this type of arrangement requests for insurance reimbursement is relinquished.

It is our position to follow clinical standards for contraindications to chiropractic care and/or a clear diagnosis from a veterinarian that would also substantiate avoidance of any and all chiropractic care.

It is our belief that no dog, cat or horse should go without care due to a lack of referral either because of a lack of understanding of how Chiropractic can benefit or the unavailability of a clinic to provide a visit to obtain a referral. We will never deny access to chiropractic care based on a lack of a referral.
